This May 2026 composition has a classical feel, almost like a nod to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, but in the key of A instead of C-sharp minor.
For this piece, I used a broken-chord pattern instead of playing the notes together — moving from low to high, then middle to high, and so on. I often find myself thinking of more somber themes when it’s raining, something I did quite a lot during Hurricane Harvey.
